Luke joined Premier Care as a carer in 2012 having previously worked for London Underground. He was really not sure that care work would suit him, but very quickly found he enjoyed the variety that comes with providing care in the community.
Within a short space of time Luke was offered the opportunity to further develop his career in care by taking on the role of Compliance Assessor. He is mainly community based carrying out assessments on new and existing service users and supporting our care staff if a service user is unwell or they need more help from other professionals.
Luke says “I love meeting new service users and making sure that we deliver a really high quality service”.
