Kim has been a carer with Premier Care since 2010. Based in the Castle Point area, Kim helped Premier Care to support some rapid growth of services in the Basildon area by moving area for a short while.
Kim has also been a transcriber and assessor assisting in making sure that the correct care is provided and maintained.
In 2018 Kim responded to an internal advert for new members of the Premier Care In House Training team. Premier has supported Kim to undertake Train the Trainer training for Medication, Protection of Vulnerable Adults and also the Level 3 Certificate in Lifelong Learning. These qualifications have enabled Kim to join the In House Training team and support our staff to stay updated, whilst also continuing to work as a valued member of our care team.
